A former engineering firm who specialised in the manufacture and design of boilers and furnaces. The site originally contained a manufacturing facility, which has long since been demolished. What’s left are the former design offices, with pre-CAD drafting tables and thousands of technical drawings all left behind. The old chemistry and mechanical labs are largely untouched, with the remainder of the building apparently used for storage of spare parts.
